I start to deal with FCC SAR requirements. Any lab in the US can perform such tests? Any preferred specific measurement procedure you suggest? I understand that Europe has more strigent standard on the specific absortion rate. Standard name and enforcement authority? Or any information on the web? I surf around and found little.
