Hello Chan,

In your original approvals, did you add extra dummy loads into the computer
in order to give you some overhead for future expansion? If not, the added
load may require you to re-do the input and temperature tests.

I don't think the sound card would require additional test, but it would
not hurt to have it looked at (are there any lithium batteries, etc.?)

Is the fax/modem card already approved? If not, it would require at least
some testing (if you are using UL 1950/CSA 950 2nd edition, then only hipot
and spacings tests are required; if you are using UL/CSA 1950 3rd edition,
then overvoltage testing would be needed, as well as hipot).

For the video card, at least for the US, the applicable standard would be
UL 1492, Audio-Video Products and Accessories. I'm not sure what the
equivalents are in Canada and Europe.
