I just read "Rows and Columns" by Martin Rowe, in the April 96 edition of
"Test & Measurement World". It's a follow-up to the March 96 editorial on
"Can You Afford the CE Marking".
Martin explains that it "produced more replies than anything I've ever
written". I'm not surprised as I'm sure you are not. Anyway, he
included a www link to some of the responses and resources which is
worth a look.
