I doubt that this is true. For a start a Korean approval must be
held by the Korean distributor of a product.
Maybe some Canadian test reports are accepted to reduce testing
towards a Korean approval. The acceptance of test reports are
often confused with the acceptance of connection approval. It is
extremely rare for one country's connection approval to be
accepted by another.
If I am wrong. please let me know. I would very much like to
learn that Canadian approvals are accepted abroad. (Of which
product type did you hear this?)
