I was led to believe that the text of the EU/US MRA could be found on the DoC TIA WEB page, "www.ita.doc.gov". That is not so. All you find there is the Press Release (not entirely accurate, but more accurate than what some people have been making of it on TREG). I've been told that the MRA still has not been initialled and therefore can not be made public.
