You can save yourself a bunch of $$$ by just doing a "Notice filing"
directly with the FCC yourself.  Exhibit A should include details of why
the business end of the device is the same and explain that you are
essentially adding another model number to the registration.  Be
prepared to give the date of your last Continuing Compliance testing for
the original product.  Industry Canada calls this a "family previous"
submission.
