Hello, I believe Bonair is in the lower Caribbean, just above Venezuela. It's one of the "ABC" islands....Aruba, Bonair & Curacao. Aruba and Curacao are part of the Netherlands Antilles however, in the Caribbean proximity to one's neighbor is no indication of an islands nationality. If you're looking for a starting point though I would take a guess that their requirements are similar to the Netherlands.
