Hi C.C., Good to see you on TREG I haven't designed a LL modem for some time, but do believe they are not regulated. As a consequence there are no longer any standards. Simply because Leased Lines modems are not used for dial-up application or pass through the switching gear at at the CO. The manufacturer of the modem at each end of the line determines the modem specs and LL provider usually specfies the maximum transmit level. Simply put there are no standards in the U.S..
