Dear Pierre-Marie, What type of products are you trying to get approval for ? I did an approval in Turkey last Oct/November, the testing I did in Anakara at that time was for an X.25 and Modem product. The personnel had just recently shuffled around when I was there, you might try and contact Mr Hassan Goksuluk (umlaut over each of the vowels in surname). His English is almost non-existent so I suggest that you send a fax, as this is usually more reliable and less frustrating.
