Argentina has a fairly sophisticated standards infrastructure. Suggest you aquire from Interconnect Communications, "the Americas Approvals Manual". Covers from Argentina to Venezuela and everything in between. Costs a pisspot full of money, but than so does everything else 695 British Pounds. Haven't seen that particular one, but have seen their Asia-Pacific, Gulf States, Western Europe and Eastern and Central Europe manuals.
