Gary, You wanted to know how they can SUPPLY a copy of a standard prepared for and used by France Telecom.
I did not say that they would provide a copy. I can't understand how this was extracted from my original response. What I did say was that they "should be able help you FIND the standard(s) you're looking for". What I provided was a means for the requestor to pursue the procurement of the particular standard. Nothing more, nothing less. I hope this clears any misunderstandings you might have had.
