Hi Ron,

Apologies for a slip of the keyboard.

The point I was intending (and failing) to make is that the CSE X-X 
standards are not public domain - as I recently found out.

They are supplied (for free) to companies responding to tender etc after 
sending the CNET section of France Telecom a letter of confidentiality.
