The ISDN DL NI (Digital Loop Network Interface) uses an FCC "Registered
Jack" RJ-48, which is an 8-position "unkeyed" modular jack.  It is wired to
"Standard Jack" SJA-11 (ANSI T1.601), which is positions 4 & 5 of the
8-position pluge, i.e., the two center positions, and should not be
polarity sensitive.  However, please note that this is for the U-interface.
 The S/T-interface uses a 4-wire arrangement.
