Under BABT 340 (TTE dir annex 3 - PQAA), Basic Rate ISDN products must be 100% tested to a "Receiver Sensitivity" test at production. That test is described in ETSI ETS 300012, clause D.4.8.2.
This test requires the use of a "Network Simulator and Test Apparatus". Can anyone recommend appropriate test equipment for this test? Since this is the only telecom type test that is required at production under BABT 340, I am looking for something more basic (and less costly) than a Siemens K1403 (or equiv.) that tests all physical interface (layer 1) type tests.
