ITU Echo Canceller Standard?

I have heard through the grapevine of a proposed Echo Canceller standard 
that is in the review process for Digital Networks which is to be voted 
on by the ITU.  The title is G.168: Digital Network Echo Cancellers.  Has 
anyone else heard of this and if so, how could I get a copy of the 
proposed standard.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.
