We have an ISDN terminal adapter with an ST interface that we would like to market in Japan. Is IEC 1950 the applicable standard? Are there any country deviations that might apply to a ST interface device. What kind of creepage and clearance is required between telco and gnd, and telco and SELV. These units are powered by AC to DC wall packs and do not have internal AC supplies.
