If I'm not mistaken, Ken Javor (EMC Compliance) was involved with Mark Nave
and the LISN MATE/MARK.  I think that Ken was distributing them.  The only
address I have for Ken Javor is from his (very good) text, Introduction To
The Control Of Electromagnetic Interference.
