transmit a candid message in the email tail that attaches to a forwarded
message.

finds it so funny that he has re-broadcast a message to
the 400 or so telecommunications professionals who
monitor the TREG re-mailer.
I believe that the body responsible for accrediting his lab
should ask themselves is this the sort of action expected from a
professional organisation ?
As an addressee to the candid message I would be thinking twice before I
committed work to an organisation that demonstrated this level of
indiscretion.
