Are there any requirements in IEC1010 for component clearance to a metallic enclosure? Use a capacitor as an example. The side has no exposed conductive parts. Do you use the clearance tables in the annex or is there no particular clearance requirement to the grounded enclosure. Obviously any live non-insulated conductive parts must meet the clearance requirements but do insulated components ie caps need to follow , say, basic insulation clearances?
