No standards - just every unit of measurement apart from time.!

I have read the above directives a few times and as each one amends the
previous directive without explaining why I am led to the conclusion
that this is deliberate because there would be a riot if they tried to
make pints of beer obsolete in the UK.!

I still like the sound of a Firkin of Beer - it give the impression that
you would be very inebriated if you drank it all.
