Can anyone explain why Swedish specs for PBX w integral station equipment (Is) require same Send Loudness Rating of 7dB to analog (Na) and digital PSTN (Nd) ports, but require Receive Loudness Rating of 3dB for analog and - 5dB for digital PSTN ports? This is 8dB difference in how User hears outside party.
