Stephen, Yes. In the 1995 Bussmann Circuit Protection Solutions catalog, there are two series of 5x20mm fuses. The C515 through C520 types are UL / CSA. The GDA, GDB and GDC types are IEC as well as UL. Not all versions have all approvals so read the fine print.
In the Littlefuse Electronic Designer's Guide catalog, the 215 through 218 and 221, 226 through 228 types are UL and IEC. Again, not all versions have all approvals so check them out. Note that IEC 127 for 5x20mm fuses does not include ratings for above 6.3 amps. Finally, I have indeed used the type of fuseholder where either fuse fits into the touch-safe holder and we just change the cap for the proper size fuse. Forgot about that. For panel mount or p.c. mount, look at the Littlefuse 345 series. From Bussmann, look at the HTB series for panel mnount and the HTC or HBH/HBV/HBW series for p.c. mount. Has that changed? I remember that the characteristics were different, not just the size.
