EN55103 - ,-2 are for Professional Audio and Visual apparatus. They are fully published with a dow for conflicting standards of 09/1999. They do not replace EN55013/EN55020 which are for domestic receivers and associated equipment. As far as I am aware, these standards are not yet published in the Official Journal.
