EN55103-1 has been published in the OJ according to Safety And EMC, as has
55103-2.  You can use them for Audio, video,AV and Entertainment lighting
control, professional equipment.  EN60065 is Safety requirements for mains
operated electronic and related apparatus for household and similiar
general use : radio and TV receivers, amplifiers, etc.  It was published
in 1994 and is used today.
