Hello Cynthia... The information I have says that Japan accepts IEC 950 amd. 2, so be careful there. I have a list of there national deviations to IEC 950, and can fax it if you wish. I am sure you are aware of this, but just in case, watch out for national deviations in Europe that may kick you back into an Amendment 3 situation anyway. - Mel

What I need to know is if I go ahead and start using amendment 4 of EN60950 as the standard for all designs, am I going to run into any design issues outside of Europe?
