Best bet is to get yourself a Mexican engineer to process the stuff for you. Any other route will prove very frustrating. I believe that the Canadian KTL lab now has qualified to test a number of things for Mexico, so try KTL in Hull, in Arnhem or in Ottawa and see whether they can do this particular stuff.
