Radio Approvals - Mexico

     hi all.
     
     I'm currently trying to track down some info on radio approvals in 
     Mexico for low power devices - namely vehicle RKE (315 MHz)...
     
     A number of folks around town seem to think that the FCC Part 15 
     approvals carry over, but the initial investigations i've done show a 
     rather involved test and application process...
     
     anyway, any help would be appreciated..
