I just placed an order with DECO for "BS EN 61326-1:1997". So it must (?) have been published in the OJ, I presume. It will arrive tomorrow via FedX. I'll provide all a report then (DOP/DOW...) and report whether there were any changes from the IEC edition that I already have.
