Regarding the correspondence recently regarding people getting zapped whilst Hi pot testing.
Whilst working in another life I was responsible for a load of test gear and we used to get complaints of people getting zapped. This turned out to be no fault on the gear but operators getting charged up through wriggling on chairs etc and discharging the static via the test gear.
