TREG'ers, We would like to do some testing with an adjustable echo delay. In other words, I am looking for an instrument into which I can plug my phone (2-wire, analog, PSTN) and have it repeat back the signal delayed by x milliseconds.
If anyone knows of such an instrument, please let me know the make and model, and where to rent or buy it.
