Benoit, try NCL Calibration Labs, contact name is Dr. Paul Cardinal, 
here in Ottawa,  at (613)  820-6471.  

NCL can do OATS site attentuation, anechoic (and semi-anechoic) room 
eval, and shielding effectiveness eval, too, plus help you  if any 
mitigation is needed.   They did our site, etc. - we were very happy.
