As of July 1st I have found this to not be the case.  Prior to July 1st
most were TNV but now our customers are able to get SELV NTUs for 2.048
Mbps service.  I guess it is over 2 Mbps though if that's what you meant
:-).  It was ISDN also, perhaps for non-ISDN it is a different
situation?

Just goes to show how much turmoil a new regime can cause or perhaps the
new regime does not really know what the telcos are actually doing!?!
