As of July 1st I have found this to not be the case. Prior to July 1st most were TNV but now our customers are able to get SELV NTUs for 2.048 Mbps service. I guess it is over 2 Mbps though if that's what you meant :-). It was ISDN also, perhaps for non-ISDN it is a different situation?
