Telstra are now labelling all on-ramp (BRI) and PRI NT1's with a "SELV"
sticker on the T1 and S-Bus ports respectively. The associated notice
states that connection to other equipment which is not SELV may cause a
hazard. This is of particular significance to PBX vendors whose switches
are usually classified TNV. 

This is a carrier issue not likely to be quickly addressed by the ACA.
