You can also check BSI and Panel Components Publications on power cords and connection arrangements. BSI says that the BS1863 13A is used as is the old 3 prong with round pins. On the 2 prong connection they don't totally agree. One says that the connector is an IEC 906-1 and the other says it is a BS4573:1970 5A.
