Jack, I think this might be a political problem.
What do you suppose would happen if the ISDN product were being imported into Italy from another EU country? I think the idea is that there are no barriers to trade within the EU and you can certainly import the board to the UK, France and elsewhere with no question. Alternatively, the board might pass with no problem if the shipper were your European company holding the approval rather than NetAccess, Salem, NH, USA.
