Dear Karen,

On your list off the top of my head only South Korea has an X.25
requirement in its regulations.
I can't recall immediately if Taiwan and Thailand do but I will look this
up in my library documents.
However most other countries expect you to follow CCITT/ITU
reccommendations for such 
connections. This means that you need to follow the mandatory requirements
all the way and
if you are providing the options they must be fully implemented for each
option.
