I wasn't trying to identify anyone as dumb, just that a "how to" book
would be helpful to a lot of people entering the dark tunnel of
the approvals world with it's secret language and hidden trap

My email systems these days strips all information not immediately
relevant, so I
don't know who send this. I do appreciate the three happy faces and the
wink.
One correction however. I am not saying that those not steeped in the
"politics" part are dumb. I'm only saying that their engineering training
ill-prepared them for the politics.
