Cynthia The countries on your list are correct except for the Netherlands. The Dutch standard is T11-13 which is based on TBR21 but not identical. You may face additional tests depending on the features of your equipment. The same is true for Switzerland and Ireland. Iceland also accept TBR21 "as is". As for the voting, here's the latest which KTL received from the DTI in the UK: The European Commission would not allow reconsideration at of TBR21 at the ACTE41 meeting in April. The text previously accepted at an ACTE Heads of Delegation meeting now will be sent by the Commission to the Council of Ministers. If there is good political acceptance, it could be agreed during May. If not (and it is not accepted by the Council within three months) the Commission proposal gets adopted by default. (The only way for this not to happen would be for a unanimous rejection which is unlikely since certain Member States will ensure that there is not unanimous rejection, which could have been another possibility). So it is now GUARANTEED that there will be a CTR21, as finalised about a month ago (warning notices, Advisory Notes etc etc). The only doubt is WHEN.
