Yes, as I understand the vote is now just a formality.

To the best of my knowledge, CB-CO-98-402-EN-C is the translated text of the 
latest version of CTR 21 (the one that failed the ACTE vote in March - I've 
seen a draft dated 10 February).

listed in Officail Journal C211/2 on the 7th July ?


Have you seen the text of this 17 page Proposal listed in the OJs
(CB-CO-98-402-EN-C) ?
