All the above is correct, except that RegTP (Regulierungsbehörde
Telekom und Post) is by no means privatized.
As the German word "Behörde" means "Government body".
There are now 8 "pivatized" notified bodies in Germany.
PS The BAPT 223 ZV 5 is available in an english translation.
