Hi I'm a Design Engineer and new to the world of T1/E1 certification, an I would like to pick some informed brains! I'm working on a product with a build-in T1/E1 framer and have been told we have to test for compliance with FCC parts 15 & 68 in the US. What about ANSI T1.403 and AT&T 54016 compliance? Do we need to show compliance in areas like PRM generation, alarm reporting, loop up and down responses etc? Or is compliance in these areas up to the implementors?
