It is possible that I was the person responsible for the BABT Product
Service viewpoint last week. Worth noting that at the time I relayed
this information it was entirely correct.
The DTI only gave BSI and BABT permission to grant pan European
approval against TBR21 towards the end of last week. I'm not entirely
sure what point, if any, you were trying to make, but I hope this
clears up your confusion.
