Hello Steve Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't really trying to make any point other than to highlight that BABT appeared to be sending out conflicting messages and that some form of clarification was needed. Lets face it, CTR21 is undoubtedly the most important development in a long time for manufacturers of analog TE. These manufacturers are the bread and butter of any Notified Body (and test lab for that matter) and prompt and accurate information on the fastest and most cost effective route to approval is vital.
