Can someone advise what the Jate (Japan) rules are for the following:
1. Can an ancilliary device be approved for connection to other
approved equipment?
2. If so, can an approved ancilliary device be interconnected to a
Jate approved PBX and the combination attached to the network, or does
Jate require approval of the combined configuration,
for example,
attaching an approved line interface protocol converter to an
approved PBX and the combination attached to the CO network w/o
further assessment.
