I've been getting some expensive quotes on Lightning and Power Cross testing from a few test houses.
Has anyone built these testers from scratch? If so, would you be willing to share how you did it and some of the pitfalls? Any textbooks out there that detail this kind of information? Any ideas on how to do this would be appreciated. It would be nice to save some money and have more flexibility in testing.
