Anyone out there have experience with Bellcore's OSMINE process? Is SR-OPT-000683 the only document available pertaining to OSMINE?
I'm wondering whether a product that uses only standard signaling/transmission/protocol (e.g. ANSI T1.403, AT&T TR62411,TR62421,TR54016, EIA/TIA-RS-464-b) even needs the OSMINE process? Or do you have to let Bellcore go through your software just to satisfy some RBOC? always something different...
