 The information your are asking for is proprietary.  As a consequence not
available to the general public.

I'm hard pressed to believe there is a such a thing as a Standard  PBX
System.  My past experience with several different companies indicates
there is not much comminality between manufactures.

Although I believe some time in the past Vic Boersma stated he was part of
or knew of a group that drafted a document  describing a common approach to
implementing a PBX.  Which incuded Message Waiting.  Due to the nature of
competition I'm not sure any companies adhere to it.  If they did I doubt
they would tell you so.
