Hi all, it appears that in HongKong the approval process seems to be changing quite deeply. You can visit the HK web site http://www.ofta.gov.hk/index_eng1.html (news 23 October). As far as I know a reorganisation in underway in OFTA and HongKong Telecom. Does anyone has some view and specially is the NEW approval process retroactive ? Will the Permit To Connect (PTC) be still valid for our today approved product or should we apply for a the new approval process ?
