Even though the FCC has streamlined the approval process in the last few years I had doubts they would relinquished all controls. I agree approval costs will probably go up, but it would be chaos without FCC controls. I also think these changes are subject to modification. After the industry has had enough time to provide feedback there will be some fine tuning. Duane
