Account Manager / Executive
KTL is a leading provider of testing and compliance services to the global information technology industry with laboratories in the UK, Canada, USA and The Netherlands. Our headquarters are based at Priory Park, Hull (UK) in a 24,000 sq ft purpose built facility.
A vacancy for an Account Manager / Executive exists in the KTL (Hull) EMC Group.
The position is a high profile role in a busy group and the successful candidate will be required to present an effective interface to a high volume of clients and to group engineers.
Key duties include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries for general information, or job progress, producing quotations for work and discussing customer requirements
- Managing the EMC group work schedule, balancing the group resources and providing daily/weekly activity plans for engineers
A minimum qualification of HNC/HND would be required or appropriate experience in a related field, although an engineering background would be advantageous. Technical training will be given where necessary, and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and internal organisation is a priority.
